RGAM Transportation LLC&#8217;s logistics team works hard to give chauffeurs enough time to be in position prior to reservation pick-up time. For each reservation, customers are granted a window of time to greet their chauffeurs at the requested pick-up time and location before incurring waiting time charges.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airports pickups<\/strong>: RGAM Transportation LLC monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure on-time airport pickups. A thirty (30) minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and forty-five (45) minutes on all international arrivals. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in quarter-hour increments, based on the vehicle\u2019s hourly rate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-airport pickups<\/strong>: For all pickup locations other than airports, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is allowed. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in quarter-hour increments, based on the vehicle\u2019s hourly rate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FBO\/Private Airport Arrivals<\/strong>: 30-minute spot prior to wheels down, graced. Wait time begins accruing at scheduled wheels downtime<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Changes and cancellations<\/strong>: We understand changes or cancellations to travel plans can be abrupt or without reason. Be sure to give us adequate notice, and we\u2019ll see you next time. Changes or cancellations for all trip reservations must be submitted to RGAM Transportation LLC via e-mail at <strong>rgam@rgamtransportation.com<\/strong>, the customer\u2019s online reservation system, when applicable, or by calling us directly at (480)426-0266, Changes\/cancellations via e-mail require twenty-four (24) hours advance notice. Changes\/cancellations via phone require two (2) hours in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Customers who fail to provide adequate notice of either trip reservation changes or cancellation, as referenced above, will be billed the full fare, including a twenty (20) percent gratuity charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sprinter, Coach, and MiniBus Cancellation policy<\/strong>:&nbsp; <em><strong>24 hours cancellation policy on any Sprinter, Mini, and Coach reservations<\/strong><\/em>. Within <em>24 hours<\/em>, prior to the scheduled pickup time, the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No-shows<\/strong>: A reservation is considered a \u201cNo Show\u201d if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within (a) one (1) hour for airport pickups (time begins when passenger\u2019s plane lands) or (b) thirty (30) minutes at other pickup locations. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare, including a twenty (20) percent gratuity, will be charged. To avoid this charge, or if you are having trouble locating your chauffeur, we advise you not to leave the pick-up location on your reservation without first contacting RGAM Transportation LLC at (480)426-0266<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rates<\/strong>: Rates are subject to change without notice. RGAM Transportation LLC is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. The rate presented on your reservation confirmation is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved and is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip. Wait time, taxes, extra stops, or additional services may change your rate.<\/li>\n<li>By using our application, users are also bound by Google\u2019s Terms and Conditions of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/intl\/en\/policies\/terms\/\">Service<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Smoking Strictly Prohibited<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited.&nbsp; Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge.&nbsp; Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Excess Cleaning &amp; Damage<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food &amp; drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.&nbsp; Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by the actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.&nbsp; The <strong><u>minimum<\/u><\/strong> clean up fee starts from $250<\/p>\n<h4>4. SMS Communications Consent<\/h4>\n<p>By providing your phone number and booking transportation services with RGAM Transportation LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your reservations, chauffeur updates, pickup notifications, trip reminders, customer support, and account notifications.<\/p>\n<p>Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
