Updated October 3, 2026: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Ground Transportation has advised transportation providers that the Terminal 3 outer commercial curb is currently open and operating normally, with a single-lane restriction on the far left.
The next scheduled full outer-curb closures are October 25–29, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. These are temporary overnight restrictions and may affect normal commercial vehicle access.
RGAM Transportation will continue to follow airport ground transportation updates and coordinate pickup instructions with passengers when temporary restrictions affect normal operations.
